By looking at the exterior of his house, you wouldn't guess he was in some sort of shady organized crime. Which frustrated Lovino since he didn't understand why two police cars just pulled infront of his house. He felt a bit weak, paranoia sweeping over him.
Knock.
Knock.
"Fucking hell..." The Italian muttered under his breath a few other curses and took his sweet time walking towards the door.

Yao was waiting outside of the door way.
He waited with his little Shinatty-chan note book, pen in hand, standing with Alfred. "This is the police, open up." Yao said in a stern voice.

A smug smile crept up among Alfred's face. He took huge slurps of his cherry coke from the paper cup held in his hands. The investigation made him thirsty, and still is, so he took his drink with him from the car.

"Yo dude, if you don't wanna open the door then that's fine," Alfred's words came out babbled and muffled as he still continued slurping the drink, "We can barge in! Won't that be totally cool?"

Lovino opened the door and glared into the police's eyes. "What do you bastards need?"

(Eh, what happened to the awesome Prussia? 0.o )

Yao slightly smiled "Ni hao, we are doing an investigation and you are now apart of it aru, we would like to get some answers, so please, come with us aru." [Oh, you are in the cop car. maybe... o3o]

Lovino grudgingly and silently followed the Chinese....woman to the police car, trying to hide his worry with his default angry expression. He wasn't sure if he should say something or not, but he decided to not take the chances of fucking everything up.

Yao looked over the Italian. "So, Lovino, your name is, correct aru? We need to ask you a few questions, so we are going to take you down to the investigation room." He smiles and closes the door.

(closes the door....to the investigation room?)

"Si. Lovino Vargas." Lovino took a seat from across the Chinese lady, or man. He wasn't quite sure.

[*was tempted to say "da"* Yes aru~ ]

"I'm Wang Yao" He said as he took the seat infront of the Italian. "Where were you around the time from early this morning;about middnight or so, till now?" He had his Shinatty-chan notebook out.

"At home. Asleep, of course." Lovino felt he replied a little too slow.

Yao scribbled something into his small notebook. "Anything else I would like to know aru?"
[*was kicked off computer sorry ><*]

"Well, no. I don't know anything about what you're investigating." Lovino felt a bit of relief, hoping it'll be over with soon.

Yao slightly looked over at his notes again.
"I'm aware you have been seen coming from an alley way at *insert street name here*, is that true aru?" He kept eying the Italian for any signs of, well, anything.

Lovino narrowed his eyes at the Chinese police man, his face just turning a little more crimson and puffing up a bit. "No, I wasn't."

Yao noticed the bit of red, so he noted it in his notebook. "m--hm..." He flipped a page "I'm also aware you're in the mafia.... right aru?"

"...I have connections to them, yes..." Everything started to feel extremely uncomfortable for the Italian, and he shifted in his seat. It was hard for him to just not flee, but if he did anything funny he knew he'd be screwed.

"hmm... that so aru..?" He scribbled more in the notebook, making the tension heavier than it already was.

Even if he was paying attention to the interrogation, the American police officer completely ignored how tense the situation got as he continued to slurp his soda even louder. He couldn't help it though, he was just too thirsty.

With the only sound being the slurping of Alfred's drink, Yao wanted to play a game. "So, where were you from middnight till around this morning aru?"

The slurping noise annoyed the hell out of Lovino, making it even more difficult for him to keep his cool. He narrowed his eyes at the Chinese popo and his mouth twitched. "I answered already. Asleep. At home."

"hmm, that so aru???" he scribbled more things down. "What do you think, Officer Jones aru?" He looked over at his partner, seeing if some way they can make him crack.

By the time Yao looked at him, Alfred finished his beverage. He started to absently chew on his straw until he thought of something to ask Lovino, "Mr. Vargas, do you know what Di Stefano means?"

Lovino paled a little. "It's an Italian surname..."

Yao scribbled in more, noticing the paleness.
