Character name: Wang Yao
Country name: China

Occupation: Police officer, works mostly as an undercover.

Back story to why you're a cop/criminal:

when Yao was much younger, he lived with a sibling or two with his parents. But one day after returning home from his part time job after school, he saw that his parents were killed, and his younger siblings saw what have happened. That, as Yao can imagine, was the most heart breaking thing he was ever to experience. So, now to catch the bastards that killed his loving parents. Now, after years of training, he does undercover work for the department he's in. So far, he's only let one man away, and that has bruised his pride. but he'll find him, and he won't stop till that fend is in jail aru!

Character name: Roderich Edelstein
Country name:Austria

Occupation: Officer of the Police Force; Detective.

Back story to why you're a cop/criminal:

When he was a child, little Edelstein didn't live in a rich neighborhood, contrary to others beliefs. He lived in a poor section of town where poverty was everywhere. It was there that he learned his skills at financing money to save every penny, and where to look to find good discounts. It was also in that torn little neighborhood, where he learned how to despise criminals and brutes, who'd harm people that had never done anything wrong. Or at least, haven't done anything to deserve what happened to them.

As a little kid, he'd seen horrible crimes take place and periodically heard screams down alleyways he knew he would never go into again. The only thing that kept him above such things was the element of his parents. They were strict over responsibility and respect. It was almost as if nothing else ever mattered.

One day he'd found his mother wounded on the floor of their house, and was told that getting into the hospital to be treated would be too expensive and that they would never be able to do it. But he was determined to help his family, so Roderich started a 'part-time job' ,of a street performer, using his innate ability to play the piano to get money. Eventually he started performing at small bars and played in small paying jobs too.

But even as little Edelstein stared at his mother in her hospital bed, paid for by the money he and his overtime working father raised, he knew that the person behind this still wasn't caught. And he was absolutely furious about that. He did the one thing he thought he could do. He combined ears, piano, and the typical 'stupid kid' act to get information. You'd be surprised on how much information people accidentally leak to the piano guy. It was as if they thought he had no ears.

Sure enough, he'd gotten enough information to the police to help them catch the one man he hated the most. Seeing him in cuffs at the police's mercy had to have been one of the most satisfying moments of his life. That's when he knew he was going to grow up to be a detective. He was going catch people like that thing in the police car to help ease the feelings of the people involved and keep his neighborhood safe for his parents.

Character name: Gilbert Beilschmidt
Country name: Prussia

Occupation: Criminal, but more of an informant.

Back story to why you're a cop/criminal:

Gilbert went to the same orphanage as his bruder when their parents died in a car crash. However, they are soon separated when his bruder was soon adopted by a family. It was easier to adopt a child instead of a pair. Gilbert was furious that bruder disappeared in one night, he did not even get to bid farewell to him. The staff even refused to reveal the address of the adopters. From then on, he became more reckless and was labelled a 'bad child', even though all these actions were to prevent him from being sent to a family in hopes of one day he would meet bruder again. He tried going to the police station once to make a report to look for his bruder, but these policemen seemed like they were just putting on a fake smile and they were not intending to look for him. True enough, they shrugged it off each time he tried going to the station.

After many years passed, bruder never returned. Now he is too old to stay in the orphanage and was chased out by the orphanage staff. Wondering about aimlessly in the streets, he distrusts the police, and no one ever likes him due to his red eyes, which makes others think that he is a freak. With the chick he nursed back to health in the orphanage as his only company, he tries to obtain as much information as he can. He gives information to others with the price of new information or at a high price. Most of the time he gives them to criminals, hence he is labelled a criminal when the police are hunting down the source of where the criminals get their information from, but they do not know who, where and how they get it.

By the way, Gilbert is still looking for his long lost bruder.
(Just asking, if the story develops and I meet Ludwig somehow, do I edit this post? Or do they never meet?)

Character name: Lovino Vargas
Country name: South Italy

Occupation: Criminal; Soldier in the Mafioso (Mafia)

Back story to why you're a cop/criminal:

Growing up as a Sicilian has caused him to be highly exposed to the more or less Mafia ruled government, so he was a kind of bad mannered, trouble causing adolescent. His father rarely saw him due to being busy with Mafioso duties. Though, one day, his father was killed in a fight with a man from another Mafioso clan so that ended his family's income. His mother had to sell their house and move in with their grandfather up north. Though, his mother and grandfather always criticized him for being bad mannered, rude and not-perfect like his younger brother, Feliciano. Eventually, his grandfather became sick of Lovino when he was around 10, so his mother arranged it so a friend of hers can adopt Lovino. She was from Spain, which is how Lovino and Antonio met. Antonio was 15 around that time, and basically raised Lovino since neither of his parents were ever really home. Lovino caught onto many Spanish customs, while never letting go of his Sicilian culture and bad - manners.
When he was of age, he left Spain and Antonio to go back to Southern Italy to pursue being part of the Mafioso like his father wanted him to.
At the moment, he's still a soldier, which means he's low ranking and does all the dirty work.

Character name: Alfred F. Jones
Country name: United States of America

Occupation: Police officer; Private Investigator

Back story to why you're a cop/criminal:
During his childhood, Alfred would be obsessed with heroes whether they were fictional or real. He always looked up to them for their will power and good deeds. He started to call himself a hero ever since he swore that he will become one. Some of the kids at school feel pestered by the persistence of Alfred's heroic tactics and say to him, "Stop calling yourself a hero when you haven't even done anything!" and "You're just a wannabee!". Alfred lacked the sense of reading the atmosphere at the time, or so he pretended to, so he dismissed the fact that his classmates were right. Feeling bothered, but never wanted to show it, Alfred forced his feelings down for quite some time.

One day, a fire started in his neighborhood and it swiftly spread from one house to another. Alfred's house caught on fire and had to evacuate with the rest of his family. He watched in horror as his neighbors homes were quickly engulfed by the gorging flames. He can now hear the surrounding sound of the sirens as the firemen hurry to rescue the houses and the people who are trapped. Not only that, but the sight of helpless families weeping and embracing were too much for him. Tears started to form around his eye rims. Knowing that this could be the very moment that can make a heavy impact on his life, he took the opportunity to become a hero. He ran to other families and gave them comfort and reassurance since he has been turned down from his offers for rescuing. However, in the midst of his actions he caught a suspicious sight; a man holding a bucket and a lighter.

"YOU WITH THE BUCKET! FREEZE!"

Alfred turned his head around and saw a couple of policemen, aiming their guns at the man who is currently being suspected as the one who started the fire. The man stared to run away. Alfred instantly knew that he was the one who started all of this. The policemen started to shoot, startling everyone.

"Shit, I missed!"

Alfred nodded to himself. It was time to prove what he's worth. As fast as his legs can carry him, he darted towards the bushes where he saw the man. Smoke filled his nostrils and lungs, making him feel weak, but he didn't stop there. He ran, and ran, and ran a little bit faster with each step making him closer to the man. He reached his arm out and tried to grab his jacket when he tripped on his own shoes, making him tackle the suspect hard enough to go down with him.

"FREEZE!" The policemen finally caught up with the two. Alfred got off the suspect and rolled to the concrete feeling instant pain.

"Anything you say or do will be used against you during the court of law," one of the policemen said as he handcuffed the suspect. The other policeman went over to Alfred and helped carry him up, "You overworked yourself, bud, but thanks for helping out." The policeman smiled at him, genuinely showing gratitude, "We're going to take you to the hospital so don't worry. Have you ever considered being a police officer?"

Despite the pain, Alfred showed his biggest toothy grin as well as he could muster, "Maybe. As long as I can be the hero."

Character name: Sadik Adnan
Country name: Turkey

Occupation: Civilian; Actor/entertainer

Back story to why you're a cop/criminal(/civilian!):

As much as Sadik hated to admit, his life had been one mediocre event after the other. Born and raised in Ankara, Sadik grew up watching street performers and their large crowds as any other kid watches television. Hourly and daily. By the age of eleven he held a place in his heart for these real-life, real-time shows, and was found entering (and on multiple occasions winning) every and any talent show he or his parents could find. Middle school came around and the young Turk found himself dropping on the social bar for his enjoyment of dancing, singing and otherwise. Still, his pre-showbiz life was undeterred, these events shaping his personality more than anything. Sadik learned to be apathetic when questioned by peers, and his outgoing personality won over his social life once more come high school. His years of basic education were coming to an end, and Sadik found himself flying out to North America for a college of the arts, only to drop out after finding a career with acting in short films and movie festivals and beginning a more obscure singing career. Now living in a cozy condominium on his own, continuously growing in acting, and tolerating answering all of his parents questions of how scary and foreign Amerika is, Sadik either roughs or glides through his mildly back burner like life.

Character name: Yong Soo
Country name: South Korea

Occupation: Criminal; Yong does what he wants, when he wants. Huzzah. Oh, by the way - he loves fire and fireworks.

Back story to why you're a cop/criminal:

Maybe Yong would have turned out to be a normal citizen, or a cop. Maybe he wouldn't have a thrill out of going against his brother in every way humanely possible, and maybe he'd lead a normal life - have a normal girlfriend (or boyfriend, you never know...) and a family.
But there's no point in lingering in the 'maybe's. This is now. And really? Yong Soo does what he wants, when he wants.
His older brother was nothing short of a tyrant, albeit a good tyrant - in some up high position of some police bereu crap that Yong couldnt care to place, Yong took the initiative to go ahead and go against his brother as much as possible. He stole, he robbed, he did whatever he wanted. He started out small; he lived with his parents and his brother, and for the majority of Yong's life, he and his twin were inseperable. They were one entity. They acted together, and if they were ever apart, the reason for their seperation was never light. And they always, always stood next to eachother - until they split apart. That may be one of the reasons why Yong had gone criminal. Before the split, Yong had made a promise to Hyung; he'd always protect his brother from the ocean, as long as Hyung protected him from the mountains. In a way, he still respected that promise. But it's the only thing Yong still respects; he had been starting out with small robberies, taking out small things that people wouldn't miss. Gradually, he hit higher, grew more knowledge and got more of a thrill. In physical run ins, Yong really had no problem at all with retaliation; the only match to his Tae Kwon Do was his brother. Yong's body was his own weapon.

But he felt as though his family kept him back; the guilt and the constant fear of being figured out, the fear of his crimes being traced back to home. He didnt want to see the ashamed look in his parents eyes.

So, in a semi brilliant plan, he faked his death to such extents that his parents had no problem believing it once they saw the evidence. Their reactions? Yong had already gotten on a bus to get far away, after grabbing everything that's needed for a fake identity. He only used said identity when needed; otherwise he went unnamed, and unnoticed while operating solely alone. Although, his plan hadn't been as foolproof as he thought - his brother didnt believe it at all. And in a brief run in, Yong knew that his... cover? Could it even be called that? Well, it was nearly blown - for months Yong remained low and away from other eyes, in case Hyung actually bothered to tell someone that Yong was still alive. If Hyung ever did, Yong didnt wait around to figure it out - but in the world, Hyung is the only one that truly knows that the Korean boy is still alive.

Character name: Antonio F. Carreido
Country name: Spain

Occupation: Police Officer; Trooper or soldado (If my spanish still isn't rusty i believe that means Soldier XD)

Back story to why you're a cop/criminal:

Antonio was poor for most of his life, So he was forced to work long hours when he was very young. His mother worked at café's and resturants non-stop and his father was a busy police officer who was called out every single day. Since Antonio's parents were always busy he hardly ever saw them, let alone talk to them. But he always hoped if he worked hard enough to help his family out that one day they could all be together for atleast a weekend. Even though Antonio worked many hours a day he always had a passion for Fútbol (In other words Soccer for all those americans out there XD). The two things he mostly did if he wasn't working was playing Fútbol and visiting his mothers café for a short moment.

After a few years when the Spaniard finished work he met a young italian boy named Lovino. He would talk to him and come over to his house constantly, completely forgetting about his passion for Fútbol. Antonio decided to work harder and faster so he could be with Lovino longer throughout the day but his work started to overwhelm him. He decided to find a well payed and less time consuming job. His father helped him out and let him work at the police department as a temporary police officer. Antonio loved to help people so he enjoyed what he was doing for society. He enjoyed it so much that he stuck with the job and became a permanent police officer. After Lovino left without telling Antonio at all he decided to focus on crime and hoping one day he would meet Lovino again.

Character name: Natalia Arlovskaya
Country name: Belarus

Occupation: Criminal. (Semi-psycotic.)

Back story to why you're a cop/criminal:
As a child, Natalia had always idolized he older brother, Ivan. She lived with Ivan and her elder sister, and didn't care for her sister at all. One day, Ivan recieved a letter from a man known as Mr. Winter. It was an acceptance letter to a prestigious boarding school that Ivan had applied for, without his younger sister knowing. Ivan left for the school the following week. Unable to bear his absence, Natalia ran away from home to search for her dear brother. She became poor, and to make money, she decided to involve herself in various criminal acts that are steadily growing worse....
